		<description>Pls tell me where you would possibly find one house in the 60kms radius of Melbourne that you would purchase for $345K and returns a MASSIVE $480 week rent!  You would be lucky to buy a house within a 40kms radius of Melb for $345K and the most rent you would get per week would be maximum $350 per week.  John and Joanne must have taken advantage of a pensioner.</description>
